NOTICE  
Danger of connectors being inserted in incorrect position.  
– Refer to the applicable current flow diagram to obtain infor‐  
mation on the exact pin assignment.  
– Take photographs of the assignment of the electrical wires  
and fuses.  
– Disconnect electrical wiring.  
– Remove fuse holder B.  
Installing  
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:  
Tightening torques  
⇒ a2.5 nd installing fuse holder B [SB]”, page 154

Removing and installing fuse holder C  
[SC], left-hand drive vehicles  
The fuse holder C -SC- will henceforth be referred to as “fuse  
holder C”.  
Removing  
– Disconnect battery ⇒ Rep. gr. 27; Disconnecting and con‐  
necting battery A.  
– Remove dash panel ⇒ General body repairs, interior; Rep.  
gr. 70; Dash panel; Removing and installing dash panel.  
– Release locking lugs -2- in direction of -arrow A-.  
– Remove fuse holder C -1- until electrical wires are accessi‐  
ble.

Installing  
Install in reverse order of removal.

Removing and installing fuse holder C  
[SC], right-hand drive vehicles  
The fuse holder C -SC- will henceforth be referred to as “fuse  
holder C”.  
Removing  
– Disconnect battery ⇒ Rep. gr. 27; Disconnecting and con‐  
necting battery.  
– Remove dash panel cover on front passenger side ⇒ Gener‐  
al body repairs, interior; Rep. gr. 68; Compartments/covers;  
Removing and installing dash panel cover on front passen‐  
ger side.  
– Release locking lugs -2- in direction of -arrow A-.  
– Remove fuse holder C -1- until electrical wires are accessi‐  
ble.  
NOTICE

Installing  
Install in reverse order of removal.

2.7.1  
Removing and installing bracket for  
fuse holder C [SC], left-hand drive ve‐  
hicles  
The fuse holder C -SC- will henceforth be referred to as “fuse  
holder C”.  
Removing  
– Remove fuse holder C, and lay it aside with lines connected  
⇒ a2.6.1 nd installing fuse holder C [SC], left-hand drive  
vehicles”, page 156 .  
– Cut through cable tie on bracket for fuse holder C -2-.  
– Release locking lugs -1-.  
– Remove bracket for fuse holder C-2- in direction of  
-arrow A-.  
Installing  
Install in reverse order of removal.  
2.7.2  
Removing and installing bracket for  
fuse holder C [SC], right-hand drive ve‐  
hicles  
The fuse holder C -SC- will henceforth be referred to as “fuse  
holder C”.  
Removing  
– Remove fuse holder C, and lay it aside with lines connected  
⇒ Rep. gr. 97; Removing and installing fuse holder C [SC].  
– Cut through cable tie on bracket for fuse holder C -2-.
